The Junge Akademie invites outstanding young female scientists and artists to apply for the next membership selection in 2025! As the world's first academy for young talents, the Junge Akademie promotes interdisciplinary exchange and offers its members numerous opportunities to advance their own projects.
Every year, the Academy accepts ten new members from all disciplines who stand out for their scientific or artistic achievements. Membership not only opens up access to a diverse network, but also offers financial support for the realization of innovative ideas.
Prerequisites:
- Completed doctorate or artistic qualification (between three and seven years since graduation, taking into account parental, care or sick leave).
- Sound knowledge of German.

Note: The Junge Akademie was founded in 2000 as a joint initiative of the Berlin-Brandenburg Academy of Sciences and Humanities and the Leopoldina. It offers committed members space for interdisciplinary exchange and engagement in science policy.
