Representation of interests in the Graduate Academy
The supervisory board of the Graduate Academy (GA) determines the profile of the GA, elects its Board of Directors and decides on the admission of new member institutions.
In the GA supervisory board, the status group of postdocs is represented by postdoc representatives of four selected faculties. These representatives have voting rights in the GA supervisory board. The postdoc representatives of the other five faculties can participate in the meetings of the GA in an advisory capacity.
Due to the composition of representatives of all status and subject groups, the GA supervisory board represents the interface between doctoral researchers and postdocs on the one hand and the scientific coordinators, spokespersons and the Directorate on the other.
Starting in 2023, each faculty appoints a representative of the doctoral candidates for a period of three years. The composition of the Graduate Academy supervisory board can be found here.
