Family and diversity
In its mission statement, Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg has committed itself to the social goal of defining and implementing equal working conditions in addition to equal education and study conditions.
This includes activities for the equality of women and men, as well as ensuring equal opportunities for people with diverse life backgrounds and circumstances. For the doctoral and postdoctoral phases, these actions are implemented by the Graduate Academy.
